We're delighted to welcome you and your pet to our clinic! We are currently booking about 2-3 weeks in advance for wellness appointments. We do save some same day appointments for illness or injury appointments. Surgeries like spays and neuters are performed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Surgery patients are dropped off at 8am on those days and most do go home the same day. No Show or Cancel with Short Notice Policy
When you schedule an appointment with us, we allow a respectful amount of time to provide the best quality care for your pet. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we do ask that you contact our office as soon as possible. This will allow us time to schedule other pets who may have been waiting for an available appointment If you fail to notify us or notify us without sufficient time to fill the vacancy then we reserve the right to charge you a No Show/No Call fee and request that you prepay for your future office visits.
After 3 No Show/No Calls you will be dismissed as a client and can have your records forwarded to another veterinarian of your choice.
While we make every effort to issue reminders regarding upcoming appointments, including phone calls, emails and text messages, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment.
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances could arise and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. We encourage you to contact us to explain the situation.
